Where can I purchase a Dylan Parienty bridal gown?

Our flagship showrooms are located in Paris, in a historic Eiffel-style building on 53 Rue du Rocher, and in Tel Aviv, in the chic district of Jaffa on 2 Raziel Street, facing the Mediterranean Sea. We are also carried by over 50 retailers worldwide.

You can visit one of our showrooms or partner boutiques to explore our gowns available for purchase and/or pre-order.

Can you make custom bespoke gowns?

Absolutely! We offer a fully bespoke experience, where each gown is meticulously crafted to reflect the bride’s unique vision. Dylan Parienty personally oversees the selection of fabrics and the validation of sketches to ensure an exceptional creation.

How may I make a wholesale inquiry?

For all wholesale inquiries, please visit our Retailer Request Page and submit your request. A member of our team will contact you as soon as possible to discuss partnership opportunities.

Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders. These charges are determined by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on various factors beyond our control. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable duties and taxes as required by local authorities.

International orders placed through dylanparienty.com are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). For all DDU shipments, any applicable duties, tariffs, and taxes will be collected at the destination’s point of entry and must be paid by the customer. Since each country has unique regulations and charges, we recommend reviewing DHL.com or contacting your local shipping office for more information.

Exchange and Returns

Clients can initiate an exchange or return request for eligible items purchased on dylanparienty.com within 5 business days of receiving their order by emailing sales@dylanparienty.com.

A specialist will respond via email to assist in processing your return. Clients are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item.

For international clients, no exchanges or returns are available at this time. If you need assistance with sizing, please email us at sales@dylanparienty.com or contact us via WhatsApp.

Condition of Items:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or odor will not be eligible for return.


Exclusions:

Final sale items, gift cards, and custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.

Items marked as "Couture," "Bespoke," or "Made-to-measure" on the product page are not eligible for returns.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and shipping fees will not be refunded. Please allow 10-15 business days to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the requirements above.

Terms of Exchange

The exchange process is one-time only. A second exchange for the same order will not be accepted.

Dylan Parienty does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method when returning items.
