Thank you for shopping at Dylan Parienty Paris! We’re committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently.
Processing Time
Product will be shipped within 2 weeks. This piece is made to order and we can only offer exchanges, refunds will not be accepted. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you via email if there’s a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All our pieces are made-to-order and require a custom preparation time prior to shipping.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for the complete process:
1 to 2.5 weeks for the handmade production and customization of your garment.
3 to 7 business days for express international shipping once the piece is completed.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@dylanparienty.com with your order number and photos of the item.
